Shipping & Returns
Shipments of products to our customers are made mainly by courier companies (Courier)
Delivery of the order is made within 1-3 working days as long as your order has been placed until 10 in the morning and the product is available.
In case your area is inaccessible, shipping costs extra. The shipping cost is proportional to the weight of the products and is displayed at the end of your order.

It is possible to make the shipment by arrangement with a Transport Company
Delivery of the order is made after 2-5 days from the delivery of the parcel to the transport company
If the products for sale have a weight of more than 30 kg or a diameter of more than 1 meter, we suggest that you contact us so that you can carry out the shipment with a transport agency.
Indicatively we inform you that:
In case the transport company is chosen as the shipping method, the payment method may NOT be cash on delivery, but the payment by credit card or Pay Pal must precede deposit in the account.
Shipping costs are always borne by the recipient and you indicate in the final phase of your order.
In cases where the products you ordered are not available you will be informed by e-mail or by phone about the exact delivery time.
If you agree on the new delivery time you should be sent an e-mail stating that you are aware and want your order to remain active.
In case the new terms of execution of the order do not satisfy you, your order will be canceled.
If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via e-mail, in order to let us know if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order.
Our liability regarding the delivery time is limited to the delivery of your products to the Courier or the transport company respectively. We do not take any responsibility for the delivery time of the products to you from the respective Courier the transport company due to emergency conditions or increased workload.
The transport of goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Product returns
In case, for any reason, you wish to return the products you bought, you have the right to do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Before returning products, contact the customer service department at e-mail: info@nutri-mx.com or at +30 2312315069 to get a product return approval number.

The products must be in the condition in which you received them, without their packaging being unsealed and accompanied by the purchase receipt or in case a sales invoice has been cut with a corresponding return shipping note (DA).

The cost of returning the products to our warehouse is borne by you.
You can return your products using our partner company and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refundable to you regarding the value of the product

Returns of products intended for drinking or application to the skin or mucous membranes are NOT accepted for hygiene reasons.
In case you want to return the products you bought, your refund will be completed no later than 15 days from the day the Nutri-MX online store receives the products in the same way as your payment.
The amount to be returned to you will be the one that concerns the value of the product and not the possible shipping cost or cash on delivery.
